The newly built apartment is located on the third floor served by a lift. It can accommodate up to 4 people, you will find a large living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a large double bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. A complete bathroom with a spacious shower and equipped with a hairdryer.

Every comfort is guaranteed by a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, TV, air conditioner for summer cooling.

The other strong point of this apartment is the included parking, just a few steps from the apartment.
In the center it is very difficult to park your car, so this solution will allow you to enjoy your stay without the worry of having to find parking

Direct bookings are non-refundable and date changes are not possible.

To check in online: you will receive a link by email immediately after booking, with which you can upload your documents and the required data.

To check in in person (only possible after completing the online registration): we will put you in contact with the owner of the apartment.

BOTH CHECK IN ARE MANDATORY, ONE DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE OTHER.

We also inform you that the municipality requires the payment of the tourist tax (1.50€/person/night, for the first 5 nights, adults only) and we ask you to leave the money on the table in cash at check-out.
