Located in the center of Trieste, just steps from Borgo Teresiano, Piazza della Borsa, and the Rive Trieste, the apartment on Via San Maurizio enjoys a bright, open view of the adjacent Largo Barriera square, a vibrant central area with all public transportation connections to various parts of the city.
The carefully renovated building is in perfect condition and is served by an elevator.

Internally, the apartment, equipped with every comfort, can accommodate up to 6 guests with two spacious bedrooms, one master bedroom and one with a bunk bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home, and the bathroom has a spacious shower and a hairdryer.

Every comfort is guaranteed by a dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, and a duvet.

There are also paid municipal parking lots (free from 8 pm to 8 am) right under the house.

Direct bookings are non-refundable and date changes are not possible.

To check in online: you will receive a link via email immediately after booking, with which to upload your documents and required data.

To check in in person (only possible after completing the online registration): we ask you to go to Piazza della Borsa 7 (Trieste) from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m, from Monday to Friday, and from 3 p.m.to 7 p.m. in via del Coroneo 17 (Trieste) on Saturday and Sunday.
It is possible to request a late check-in, from 7.00pm to 10.30pm with a supplement to be paid upon arrival. Late check-in always takes place in via del Coroneo 17.

BOTH CHECK IN ARE MANDATORY, ONE DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE OTHER.

TOURIST TAX: The Municipality of Trieste requires the payment of the tourist tax (€1.50 for the first 5 nights, only for adults), to be paid upon arrival at our office.
